Networx-IT Solutions Limited offers a range of IT Consultancy and IT Support services for the Small and Medium Enterprises. We can assist in all areas of IT Support from network planning and installations to outsourced Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. We also provide ongoing IT Support and maintenance for existing infrastructure. Networx-IT Cover agreements are subject to an annual charge, payable in advance. Networx-IT Cover - Premium
Designed to cover the larger companies or those that require a more comprehensive level of support cover. It also offers the following in addition to that provided by the Standard cover.

Note: It is a requirement for remote access to the server/network to perform maintenance tasks for the Premium cover.
Networx-IT Cover - AD-Hoc
Networx-IT Solutions also provides an AD-Hoc service for those clients that do not wish to commit to an annual support agreement. This service is chargeable at a higher hourly rate, and each incident (not each call) will incur a minimum charge. This service does not provide any of the benefits provided by the Standard or Premium cover.
