The information that we collect from you may include Personal Data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 and our processing of it will be in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, and associated legislation. For the benefit of our corporate clients, it is our policy that we afford data of a corporate nature similar protection to Personal Data as we believe that both are equally important to you and your business.

Any information that is entrusted directly to us is controlled by Networx-IT Solutions Limited. We will not pass your information to any third parties without your agreement unless we are required to in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation that is imposed on either you or us.

You voluntarily choose to provide your personal and corporate details via the website, by email, by telephone or written communication. Any information received will be treated in confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 where applicable.

We will use your information for the purposes assessing whether or not we are suitable to provide the services that you have requested to you; to provide you with our services; and to provide you with marketing or advertising material relating to our services.

We shall action your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

After your initial enquiry, we will retain your information so long as we have a continuing business relationship, unless we are under a legal or regulatory obligation to keep it for longer.
Security of Email Communications
Email communications are not secure. For this reason Networx-IT Solutions Limited cannot guarantee the security of the email or its contents or that it remains virus free once it has been sent.
Data Subject Access Requests
As an individual, you can at any time make a request to us in writing details of any personal information that we hold about you. Please make your request to us in writing to the Data Protection Officer, at our correspondence address. We may charge a fee of up to £10 for dealing with such request and you will be informed of any applicable charge on receipt of your request.
Corporate Subject Access Requests
We will also allow you to request in writing details of any corporate information that we hold on you. As with the Subject Access Requests above, you will need to make your request in writing to the Data Protection Officer, at our correspondence address. As Corporate data is not subject to the UK Data Protection legislation, our charging structure for dealing with these types of requests varies on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of that request. Before disclosing any information, we will attempt to contact our primarily contact at your company to confirm the validity of the request.
